  Republicans — Vote Trump OUT!
Dr. Jerry Rogan has been consulting about Medicare and medical care delivery for a variety of companies beginning 2003, having served over 100 clients, some for a short term need and some over several years.

Trump remains a terrible leader and is bad for our country.

I would like him to lose so that the Republican party can embellish the value of Lincoln by becoming the defender of the Constitution, promoting rights it guarantees. The Republicans can become the champions of the Black Lives Matter movement as it was when it passed the 14th Amendment abolishing slavery.

Red lining under the Democrats in the 1930s was a form of de facto slavery, as is longer prison terms for the use of crack cocaine v. powder cocaine. Even criminalizing marijuana is no longer appropriate. There is no philosophical basis for Republicans to champion anti-abortion movement, which is a religious issue.

When Biden wins, Republicans can be free of Trump and reinvent themselves toward compassionate conservatism. When Amy Barret's court does not overrule Roe v. Wade, the Republicans can refocus on more important issues that matter to all of us, including civil rights as they did in the 1860s.

For example, Republicans can champion free medical school in exchange for 2 years service in a national health service corps. The Republicans can raise the minimum wage. The Republicans can improve control of fraud in government programs like Medicare. The Republicans can fix our immigration problems, enfranchise DACA affected immigrants, champion efforts to reduce global warming, and improve education in low income school districts.

Then I would be proud to become a Republican once again: oriented to protect civil rights, protection of our environment, the rights of women to decide about their own bodies, fostering the ability of disenfranchised groups to improve themselves by removing unfair barriers to advancement- which will require several generations for some.
