California Update is gaining weight. This issue has the most articles ever.

We have several new contributors and lots more readers.

It must be that so many people are back from vacation and ready to get back into the swing of things.

Lots of things going on:.

On Saturday, I'm hosting a Family Day for the Sacramento Storytellers Guild.

On alternate Mondays and Wednesdays I'm hosting sing-alongs. Send me an email at azagofsk@gmail.com for details.

On Monday mornings, I'm taking Tai Chi at the West Sacramento Community Center.

On Tuesdays, I'm taking Feldenkrais movement at the YMCA. Then I'm off to ukulele sing-a-long with the Valley Ukulele Society in Folsom.

Thursdays, Adele and I volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

Fridays, Adele and I are at the Renaissance Society at Sac State. We have two classes with contributor, Richard Kowaleski: Social Dancing and Critical Thinking.

Unfortunately, Renaissance conflicts with another ukulele class at the EM Hart Center.

Once a month, on a Friday evening, Adele and I lead a Shabbat service at a senior residence, and once a month, we attend a havorot service at a neighbor's home.

Also, several a month, I'm attending jam sessions.

Oh yes. Adele and I are getting back to our Seniors with Swag dance company.

Someplace in between, we are entertaining our daughters and their bevy of kids.

And, when we have some time, Adele is experimenting with plant-based recipes and I'm song writing.

And, one more—I manage to squeeze in some time to publish this e-magazine.
